Nordic Innovation together with European Investment Fund (EIF) suggests establishing a new Nordic innovation fund with a size of 250 million Euros.

The strategy for the new EU Joint Programme for Neurodegenerative Disease research (JPND) was officially launched in Brussels on February 7. Nansen Neuroscience Network was there.
The importance of research-driven innovation and innovation clusters was a major topic at the 'Helse- og omsorgskonferansen' that took place in Stjørdal in November 2011.
